Sadie's Angels Endowment Fund

In 2009 we established The Sadie's Angels Endowment fund which will be used by the hospital where the needs are greatest. This year it supported the creation and distribution of much-needed educational resources for Coumadin patients, educational information for families providing transitional care for their child's post operative care, as well as audio/visual equipment to aid in one-on-one training.

We have pledged $25,000 over the next five years and we plan to grow this fund with annual fundraisers and contributions so that we can help improve the lives of thousands of children every year through the hospital. We hope you will support our efforts and help us to fulfill our commitment to the hospital and this special Endowment Fund we have created.

If you would like to make a donation there are several ways to do so:

1. Send a check: The check should be made out to Children's Hospital Los Angeles and include "Sadie's Angels Endowment Fund" in the memo line.

2. By Credit Card: Donors can call Carlin Schneider directly who will take your credit card information over the phone at (323) 361-1715.

3. By Email: Fill out and print the gift form and email to Carlin Schneider at cschneider@chla.usc.edu or send it to the above address. Donors can give by check or credit card.
